What Yield Strength is, and who it's for

Published 10 September 2026

The problem

"I log my workouts. I just don't know if what I'm doing is right." That's the gap Yield Strength exists to close. A basic workout logger records what you did and stops there — it has no opinion on whether your program is working, whether you're pushing hard enough, or what to do next session. A human coach can answer that, but a good one runs $150/month or more, and most lifters training on their own can't justify that for what amounts to a monthly check-in.

What it actually is

Yield Strength is an AI coach that reads your training after every session and tells you, in plain numbers, what to lift next. It builds block programming that adjusts to how you actually perform — not a fixed template you follow regardless of whether it's working — and it gives you a real post-workout analysis and a weekly coaching narrative, the way a human coach would, at a fraction of the cost.

Who it's for

Built for lifters who've outgrown a basic workout logger but don't need — or want — a $150/month human coach. If you're already training seriously enough to have real questions about your programming, and annoyed that a logger can only tell you what you already know, this is who we built it for.

How it's actually different

Every AI fitness app claims to be smart. Here's what that actually means in Yield, concretely:

This site goes deeper on each of these — how the AI coach actually works, why the numbers are trustworthy, and what your first month looks like — as those pages go up.
