YIELD.

How do I know my training block is actually over?

A training block's last week, a deliberately easy deload meant to last seven days, ended a month ago by the calendar. Nobody had tapped anything to formally end it. So the app kept treating that deload week as the current one, still asking for the same easy target effort a month later, still grading every serious session against a standard meant to apply for seven days.

Two different questions that look like one

"Is my block running" is really two separate questions. One is a fact about dates: does today fall inside the block's planned weeks, or has that span already ended? The other is about you: have you told the app you're done with it? Those aren't always the same answer. A block can be finished by the calendar while still counting as your current block, because nobody said otherwise.

Collapsing those two into one question was the bug. A block sitting past its own end date kept prescribing whatever its last week called for, because nothing had told the app the calendar had moved on.

The fix

The app now tracks both separately: whether a block's schedule covers today, and whether you've acknowledged it's done. Once a block's real span has passed, it stops prescribing that last week's target. Training falls back to your general goal instead of an expired deload. The block still stays yours in the app's records until you explicitly end it, so nothing in your training history gets lost.

A finished block now stops steering your day-to-day sessions the moment its span runs out, instead of grading you against a deload week for as long as you forget to close it.
